📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring all products are manufactured according to quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met efficiently and effectively.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.,Train and develop production staff to ensure they are competent and capable of performing their roles effectively.,Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ensure that all materials and supplies are available when needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.,Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
