📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and document the merchant onboarding process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve any issues during the onboarding process.
• Optimize the onboarding workflow using Salesforce and Jira to enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of merchant documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to new merchants throughout the onboarding process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the onboarding process.
• Generate reports on onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall growth of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or technology industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Jira for process management and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
