📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a fleet of trucks, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics staff to plan and execute delivery routes efficiently.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of drivers and provide feedback for improvement.
• Handle and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing transportation and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and fleet management.
• Proven experience in managing a team of drivers and logistics staff.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian transportation laws and regulations.
