📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure the best possible prices and terms for our materials and services.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services.
• Manage general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks and supporting the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and general affairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and general affairs, with a strong background in strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze procurement spend.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
