With a strong focus on data and analytics, we are looking for a Growth Analyst to join our team in Bangka Belitung. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to drive user growth and engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze user behavior and engagement data to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize user experience and drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Create and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth and engagement.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and SQL to analyze and visualize data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in growth analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
