📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end process of foreclosed asset recovery
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Manage and recover assets from various sources, including real estate and vehicles
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial returns from asset recovery
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of asset recovery processes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve asset recovery efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all asset recovery activities
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset recovery, particularly in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with asset recovery software and tools, such as Collateral Management Systems (CMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
