๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct scheduled inspections and record maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any operational issues.
- Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
- Proven track record in maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MMS) and computer-aided maintenance management (CAMM) software.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and control panels.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and conveyors.
- Valid certifications in electrical and mechanical maintenance (e.g., NEBOSH, TUV, or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
