📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement AI-driven cybersecurity strategies aligned with NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 standards.
Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of AI-related cybersecurity risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies while maintaining robust security measures.
Monitor and respond to emerging threats in the AI landscape, ensuring proactive protection of StaffKing's systems.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improve security posture.
Provide training and guidance to employees on AI security best practices and policies.
Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and cybersecurity, and advocate for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the AI and cybersecurity domains.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 are highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on AI and emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of AI algorithms, machine learning, and data security.
Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the cybersecurity team.
