You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and will work closely with hiring managers to ensure we bring on the right people. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and phone screens
• Schedule and prepare for in-person interviews
• Assist with offer letters and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide recruitment analytics and reports
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed for recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
