📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift maintenance checks on equipment.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that equipment is used efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the maintenance team.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, ensuring that work is completed on time.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, preferably in construction or mining.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator's License (HEOL) or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.
