📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions across the group of companies, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company's vision and mission.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training and development programs.
• Work closely with senior management to drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as the effective management of employee benefits and compensation.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing large and diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and trends, with a focus on employee engagement and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certifications in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or CHRP, are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
