PT Mandiri Sumber Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety in our warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and prevent accidents.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
