📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the development of new training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for training purposes.,Valid driver's license.
