📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support company goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
