📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the smelter, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in smelting operations, preferably in the tin industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
