📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of the electronics industry and its recruitment challenges.,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
