📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of IT systems and networks.
  • Document and track IT issues, incidents, and resolutions.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related role.
