📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Training and mentoring sales team members to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.,Participating in product launches and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
