📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.,Participate in inventory management and ensure product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
