📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and procuring goods and services from vendors,Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers,Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery,Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed,Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities,Analyzing purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities,Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems,Excellent negotiation and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations
