📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high levels of performance and professionalism.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners.,Ensure the hospital meets its financial targets and operates within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a hospital setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Proven track record of success in managing large-scale healthcare facilities.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
