📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Dispense medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert medication management and clinical pharmacy services to patients.
- Consult with patients and healthcare providers on medication therapy, including dosage adjustments and drug interactions.
- Monitor and evaluate medication use, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy services.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
- Perform routine inventory management and order new medications as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new clinical pharmacy services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Pharmacist with a valid pharmacy license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
