📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
