📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create and maintain technical drawings and plans for interior and architectural projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure drawings accurately reflect design concepts.
- Prepare construction documents, including blueprints, elevations, and sections, for project execution.
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any issues during the construction phase.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and reports for clients.
- Maintain and organize project files and records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior and architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
