📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs,Provide ongoing support and resources to staff members to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the healthcare industry to ensure that our training programs are current and relevant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare, education, or training and development,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
