In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at our service desk. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Process payments and issue receipts.,Maintain a clean and organized service area.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Follow company policies and procedures.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a must.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and field).
