The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering and construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
