📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.,Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.,Support the HR department in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR documentation.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an HR department.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
