📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Conducting performance appraisals and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Handling employee grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Collaborating with management to improve work environment and productivity.
  • Representing the company in HR-related matters.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Proven track record in managing HR functions and driving HR initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
