📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Clean and sanitize rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, making beds, and changing linens.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and common spaces.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle and dispose of waste and linens in accordance with hotel policies and regulations.
• Work closely with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infections and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software such as Cendyn or Opera.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds with ease.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
