📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems like Odoo or SAP.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
• Stock and manage inventory to ensure optimal levels.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
