📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to restaurant managers and staff.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations is a plus.
