📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.,Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production-related role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a must.
