📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality checks on products and services to ensure they meet established standards.,Documenting and reporting quality issues and defects.,Collaborating with production and other departments to address quality concerns.,Maintaining and updating quality control procedures and records.,Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.,Participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects.,Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and regulations.,Supporting the QC Manager in achieving quality targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in quality control or a related field is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is an advantage.,Basic understanding of quality management systems (ISO, etc.) is beneficial.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
