Root Hub Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certifications in food safety and health regulations are a plus.
