AXA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Planner to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing insurance strategies that align with our clients' needs and the company's objectives. You will work closely with our sales and underwriting teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement insurance strategies that align with our clients' needs and the company's objectives.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for insurance products and services.,Work closely with our sales and underwriting teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our insurance products and services, and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and learn about new developments in the insurance industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on planning and strategy.,Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, as well as the regulatory environment in which they operate.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations in Bali is a plus.
