📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.,Monitor and maintain a sterile environment in the operating theatre.,Support the surgical team by providing necessary supplies and equipment during the procedure.,Assist in the pre-operative and post-operative care of patients.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of all surgical procedures and patient care.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort.,Follow all hospital protocols and guidelines for patient care and surgical procedures.,Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse or Clinical Support Specialist in a hospital setting.,Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
