📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and support business objectives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and healthcare industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
