Bidang Yoga Spareparts is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to integrate training into the overall performance management process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development of a learning and development strategy for the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methods.,Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.
