📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform detailed cost estimation using Glodon Cubicost and other relevant software tools.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost estimates align with project goals and timelines.
Review and approve project budgets, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying and addressing any variances.
Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, cost databases, and market conditions to improve estimation accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all cost estimation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficient in using Glodon Cubicost and other cost estimation software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
