📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.,Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and implement best practices.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure they meet production standards.,Work closely with the Production Supervisor to achieve production targets and goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or production management role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
